A good amount of surveys and easy to reach the target amount. Better than most sites. Why 2 stars? It's 2024 and the vast majority of these sites pay instantly to PayPal, having to wait days is not acceptable. It's made all the more confusing because this is paid out by Tremendous, as is Five Surveys and Eureka. Both of those sites transfer funds to PayPal in minutes. I've used the same email for all of these apps, including this one, so there aren't any security checks to make and no excuse!

I've cashed out a few times on this app but lately I've encountered a problem. It kept asking me to confirm my location, which I've done several times. The location just has a loading sign that won't connect. Nothing wrong with my connection. Ive asked for help several times, which they've told me to switch location to Always etc. I've tried reinstalling, nothing helps. I loved this app but no longer want to continue with it as there's no point if I can't cash out

I have reached out to support several times. I was told it would take 1-2 days, but I have never heard anything back. I'm having a cashout issue that I have never experienced with Survey Pop before. I would really like the money that I earned. This used to be a 5-star review, but after the lack of support, I'm putting it at 1-star. I hope someone in customer service or support reaches out so I can make this 5 stars again. Update: Still no payout after reaching out. Deleting app and account

please continue to work on your app. I appreciated the privilege of making a little bit of Chunk change from this. there's one thing I'm concerned about though: sometimes right before payout, I'll have a loading problem with the page. I do appreciate you compensating for the last incident where that occurred. please I encourage you to take a look at the loading problem. it seems to happen right before I'm taking to the payment page after a survey. thanks.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using the ap. Despite earning money through the app, I never received my payment, and my numerous attempts to contact their support team were largely ignored. Initially, when I reached out to their customer service, they responded once but offered no solution or assistance. Since then, my follow-up messages have been met with complete silence. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism. M

UPDATE this app has become a waste of time. they give offers where you meet milestones on games but the games do not automatically process your points and for 3 different games i had to reach customer support to get it fixed. today i had a game where I realized that I had not been paid for 2 milestones but they expired it before I could complain. I'm not recommending this app anymore.

i haven't received my payment yet and it been a week I have email customer support and they said they would checked in to this matter and I haven't heard back from them, this is the best app on the Play store straightforward good paying app good customer service and they respond to your emails great professional and trustworthy

after being with this app for a VERY long time, i think im starting to lean away from surveypop. After cashing out my $10.83 I was promised that i will receive my money to my paypal within a couple of days but it's been over a week and i have yet to receive anything. I contacted the surveypop email for support but they have not replied and i cashed out today too but i lost hope that ill recieve this money too.
