I am annoyed with the lack of support bc we are not ios user. I was marked "walk out" when I got up to find a waiter to check me out. All summer long I had been trying to book the pool with not even one option showing up. I asked to use my friends iPhone and was able to in less than a minute. Now that I am trying to look at my booking, no future or past bookings show in my app. It's annoying. We pay the same amount for membership but get less ability to enjoy the houses. Do better.

I have been unable to log in to the shapp Whatever way I try to log in, i am having difficulty I have an android and have been told this might be the case The shapp app in the Play Store says for android

Fix this app! It just doesn't work, I now get a message saying the icon has been changed, it then says nothing to see here and then kicks me out. Uninstalled reinstalled does nothing, cannot do anything with it and the website isn't a decent backup as you can't do much on there either. Why are you isolating the largest group of phone users out there with this poor software development.

The app is abysmal. Which wouldn't matter that much if membership cards were still issued. But we are forced to use our phones to order at the bar, enter the house, everything. And the app is slow (at best), missing key features, and crashes (at worst). This was a super half-baked idea to roll out a buggy and lacking app that is essentially in beta in-lieu of membership cards. If it's even slightly busy, bar staff will yell at you for using the phone instead of a (non-existent) membership card

Updated to the latest Android version and its worse than ever. I am constantly being logged out and House Pay seems to have been removed in this version after being added in the previous version. Unable to book many things such as screenings as it crashes as soon as you select the screening. It's clear that all development goes on the Apple version.

Recent update is now causing the app to log itself out. This means I'm not receiving notifications for events I want to book. Also, still no ability to use house pay on Android

On Android, I get notifications that I have an open bar tab and can tap to pay. Tapping it does nothing, because Android doesn't support House Pay. Which I only found out by reading other disappointed reviews going back over a year. Also, I regularly see date boxes add or subtract a day between me selecting the date and confirming the booking. It happened both for a restaurant booking and guest invite.

Love the fresh look & feel, great initiative with the Noticeboard. But: - keeps logging me out - doesn't save the filters - there's no calendar sync (only on iOS) - what happened with the push notifications for event reminders - screenings where I'm on the waiting list show up on iOS but not on Androidon or the website either?
