The app is great when it is operational. My experience so far is that the app and the hardware are functional 2 months over a year. I have the Tahoma hardware, the Philips hub and a smart home controller; this app provides only 17% uptime compared to ~99% with the other manufacturers. Mandatory updates when connecting to this app have a good chance to ruin your safety system, so you can't use it while you are away from home. The support system is a 1990's style forum.

Bought the Tahoma V2 about 3 years ago, could not get the Tahoma Classic app to work at all, spent days configuring scenes and schedules but they never fired reliably. Ended up paying to use IFTTT instead, it worked well but required some complex hacks. Downloaded this new Tahoma app and set up scenes and schedules and it is actually working very nicely. I will cancel my IFTTT subscription. I wish that I could program offsets to sunrise/sunset by more than +/-45 minutes, I need +/-300 minutes.

11/24 Nothing improved! Unintuitive app which is really hard to use! Temp sensor scales continually shift making historic information impossible to compare. Temp sensory very slow to update. Scheduling not intuitive, arduous & extremely time consuming... Changing schedule to holiday for 10 days... This used to be simple drag & drop. Couldn't find a way to group change days to holiday!

Netatmo Weather Station integration continously stops, all sensors become unreachable, Tahoma app reporting Error "Your product is no longer communicating ". Disconnecting and reconnecting Netatmo partner integration does not solve the problem (works for few hours, then Error reported back again). Additionally, disconnecting Netatmo partner integration delete all advanced scenes I created. Please address this issue asap and guide for a solution, considering one that will not delete own scenes.

I rarely write reviews, but I'm so happy about this app that I had to leave a comment. So much that I'm gonna work on standardizing as much as I can with somfy. It's an expensive brand, and I can understand why some find it too expensive, but together with the tahoma box and this well designed app, it makes sense. Especially the thermostat, giving a great overview of temperatures and humidity. My only regret is that I have bubendorff shutters in my veranda, and they're not easy to change.

You cant edit summer mode. When you try to change the start time it will work. The end time is not possible to change for each facade. The summer mode also dissappear after some changes so you must restart your app. Now it crashes when saving and the summer mode is gone??? Also the range with my somfy solar screens is very bad. Often you have tonreatart to see the actual status of ajour screens.

I am happy that my app updated with this latest release (June 4) because for the last few months my events were firing differently from the configured times, and since yesterday everything is working correctly. I previously saw that in the History of Actions, each action was showing twice. This has been fixed. I now see a number of additional configuration options. My biggest wish is to have the offse before/after sunrise/sunset be configurable +- 8 hours, now the offset is only 45 minutes.

It was relatively easy to set-up and to connect to Alexa skills which was the main reason to buy the kit and install the app. We were controlling our electric blinds with our voice and it was brilliant. However for the the last few weeks we can only use the app to make our mobiles remote controls but the connection with Alexa skills has been lost. On multiple attempts to link again the two apps (Somfy and Alexa) the message is the same " It is not possible now.Please try later". Please advice..
