Not very good design or functionality. Besides that you have to sign in again EVERY TIME the app updates. VERY ANNOYING. IT IS 2019. YOU CAN DO BETTER! Dev's: You replied but this has been broken for years. I have over 200 apps on my phone, am always trying out new apps, and this app is the ONLY one I have ever had a problem with.

The application works reasonably, not so the service using it: if a business threatens to charge you for the return of a router which is already in their hands, and even when this is admitted refuses to reimburse the cost of an expensive international phone call made to try to avoid paying for the company's mistake, it's not a business I can recommend.

Brilliant! This app tells me everything I need to know. Always up to date and enables you to change tariff at a touch. How other companies could learn from the Pepephone experience!

Can't log in. Well, what it says. Simply can't log in. Always says try again etc and just closes the app after the second failed attempt.

What exactly does this app do? It won't let me sign in, saying I have no active mobile services. That's true, but I do have Pepephone fibre. Does the app offer anything the Web site doesn't?
