This app has the worst customer service. I Bought a new device and transferred my old apps to my new device. However, this app would not transfer until I added a new device. It was weird, but I followed the prompt. I refreshed the app and realized it charged me for an extra device. I contacted customer service and they were horrible! refused to fix the issue until I threatened to write a bad review and dispute the charge! I was a loyal customer for 2 years prior They have 3.7 stars for a reason.

I tried to login and was surprised to find out my credentials were not valid, yet I had purchased a "lifetime" license many years ago after the app was first released. I emailed Cerberus support and found out my account was deactivated. Can I reactivate my account? Nope. Their email response: "Sorry but old licenses expired 8 years after the payment. You can create again the account and subscribe, if you want." Pound sand, Cerberus.

Decent option. They need to redevelop the smart watch to set it to lock down either one or have a list of devices to select which one to lock down if not all of them at once

LSDroid sold out just so it could be offered in the playstore. We used to be able to run it in stealth mode. Now it has an annoying push notification that pops up to tell would be thieves that it's protected. And you can't disable it or else it shuts off all notifications from the app. For instance, the alarm feature. I've been using this app from it's birth. Cost me initially $2.99 one time fee. I swore by this app. Bragged about it to everybody. At that time there was only 6 or 7 features.

DONT GO MY 5 STARS . I PUT SO PEOPLE CAN NOTICE THEIR GREED.. i had 4 device plan. Blocked by acount no notice.. All of sudden said i had to upgrade to 10 device as my usage violates terms.and i was using 3 devices only.. even though i upgraded. These greedy bugers show adds on the app .that 2 Full page adds.. greedy people. When we pay premium why do u show adds.

Everything is good but sms command Isn't working. What if i have fake shutdown with no internet then how can i unlock without sms command.

The developer has got even greedier. No longer has its own client, which was a pleasure to use. You could send stealth sms commands. ( Instead you have to send normal, viewable sms commands, which kind of gives the game away. Instead they want you to use the website version where they can spam you with adverts, and is a clunkier, slower experience. Look for something else... Like snoopza
