Content wise it is good...the only worst part is the inconsistency of gaurav girg, not updating his current affair video daily, today it's 08th Feb, still no video has been updated, banking awareness video after November has not been updated, and in any one day he will bombard with all video, then it becomes a problem to study all video. If someone is purchasing his course he should be responsible for regularly updating the material

please also introduce the feature of increased playback speed option to atleast 3x as it helps in speedy revision of the lectures. recently youtube has introduced this feature. please introduce the dark theme feature on the app. with current setting it is very difficult for person with low vision to use the app. please make necessary modifications to make it more accessible.

"Pathetic service! The StudyIQ app has become completely unreliable with constant delays in uploading content. Students are left hanging with no proper updates, and the support team is useless—never responds to concerns. This shows complete negligence towards students' needs. Highly unprofessional behavior! Fix this mess immediately, or you're going to lose trust completely!"

I must say the faculties are best but the portal sucks, keeps kicking me out from my pc and I have to login again and again after every 3-4 days. And one more thing is about the answer writing submission, once submitted there's no option for deletion or replacing it, if you have submitted a wrong pdf means you can't replace it. Please work on it. There should be an option for replacement or edit.

Never seen worst management than them, its better to pay a little more money and join a coaching who actually cares about you 1. You won't be able to retake your weekly rankers test, also they don't provide any option to see what answers you marked in that test 2. Test results and answer sheets are uploaded almost after 2 weeks, but since you dont have the access to your marked answers in that test, you won't be able to analyse the test paper accurately 3. Test schedule is not updated regularly

It's been three days I have placed my order, but there is no response on status of my order. And the reply from the mail is same for all the mails which I have sent. Atleast you should provide details of order status in the app.

Need a search bar, notification bar , new vedio timeline or notification. Everything things are great. There is no hardness to use . There is no hardness to see a vedio but free course subscription than go to library . Then see the vedio is a concern.
