不安全或不衛生的洗衣房
我們不提供不安全或不衛生的洗衣服務。我們也不提供含有過多寵物毛髮的衣物。
在您下訂單之前，您將被要求證明您的衣物：
- 安全，不含臭蟲、跳蚤、蟑螂或生物危害材料。
- 衛生，除家庭洗衣常見的痕跡外，不包括糞便、尿液、血液或嘔吐物。
- 不包括過多的寵物毛髮。
違規者將被罰款 20 美元，衣物將「按原樣」退回，帳戶可能會被關閉。

It's not really an app. It essentially opens up a web page (their website) on a separate browser. It provides all the information just fine (because it's their website), but the notifications don't work on my device even after spending some time configuring them. This means that if the person doing your laundry is messaging you within the website, you may not know it. Oh, and you won't receive notifications via text either (this to me is a big problem).

This is such an affordable upgrade to my life. I appreciate the up front cost of this service - currently $1/lb + $3 service fee + tip, $20 minimum. No hidden charges or pickup/delivery costs. Occasionally they have deals as well. The 1-2 day turn around is reliable. So far I've used the same two people each time and they've both been very friendly and communicative. At my request they sort the clothes by person and fold it the way I like. They take care to separate delicates. - Talisa Forest

I'd love to try out the service, but upon account creation on both app and website, it tells me I need a stronger password. The password gage goes all the way to strong and I've tried several passwords of varying lengths past the minimum 8 and always add a special character. None of them allowed me to continue and there's no support option during that process...

I love this service! All my laundry pros have been great. Only three stars for the app though because I never get notifications from my laundry pros. I've missed a number of messages from them concerning services because there is no alert. Although promo notification come through with no issue.....

I honestly love Poplin. When life gets hectic and I start to fall behind they have become my lifesaver! I set up my preferences on the app and it just saves them so all I have to do is hit a button on my phone, confirm the details are still correct, and pick my laundry pro. Love the service, but now the app gives me referral notifications every 30 seconds and interrupts me trying to make an order ao I have to restart it. I can't actually make an order right now because of this popping up constantly. Trust me that I'd refer someone if I could, or at least would once this app is fixed.

Needs address book option. I travel a lot. I selected repeat last order, and it repeated my order from 6 months ago, which was in another state. Please add an option to store a few addresses to avoid issues like I had. Other than this, the app and services have been wonderful, and I've had no issues.
