Need some improvements like visitor pass functionality at ground level and IVR functionality is not working , my suggestion is leave this software use MyGate app which is more better than this and most of the society using this

Other than enery reading, app has no use. Complaint remain open & pending. No tracking of closure of complaints neither in app nor noted in office.

Worst service providers. This app is of no use as complaints are rarely taken care of despite of reminders.

Complaints are often closed without resolution. Current version has removed the section under complaints that displayed what action has been taken or the ability to comment on action taken or write a reminder underneath
