I randomly get logged out in the app, which happened today while I was in the security line (when the app also claimed I was offline, which I wasn't). I had taken a screenshot of my boarding pass and for some reason I could still access my boarding pass while logged out, so not ultimately a problem, but added stress at the airport isn't appreciated.
B Fields
This app routinely crashes, and you can't pull up your flight. What gives Sun Country? Is this indicative of your operation? Seriously frustrating. Won't work with VPN or when the VPN is turned off.

Payed for ticket and seat online, but when I got to the airport it charged me more money and wouldn't take my card.

Would not let me edit traveler's in the app. I kept clicking the edit traveler's info, and it would not work. Also, it would not let me check in. I ended up going to the website to do both. Would have been nice to have my travel pass in the app. I had to select email.

My wife always wants me to use my phone app as my boarding pass so we tried it today. Unfortunately the phone app doesn't show the gate. We were a little early and the signs in the airport also didn't show the gate. The rest of our group who got paper boarding passes showed the gate number. Our online boarding passes still do not show the gate number and we're about an hour and 15 minutes from departure.

It's great they finally have the app but it's very slow in loading and can't view my reservations. Need a lot of improvements before the app can be launched and used successfully to more people.
