Poor service. i placed an order above 600 rupees but still shipping charges are added in my order & when I raise this issue then this team says cancel your order. which shows they don't need new customers & then don't want to improve further. This will harm their growth. Extremely disappointed!

I did had concerns regarding my misplaced order and 1 item seal being opened. However the team of Sweet Karam Coffee were very swift in taking actions and made sure to replace the product whose seal came open and also placed order for missing item from my cart. Although as a customer I purchased it for the first time from the app and the wrong items being delivered the after sale service is to be appreciated. Hope u guys change the current courier service to improve better customer satisfaction.

Placed the order 9 days back and still waiting for the product. Such a bad experience on the first order. I may not want to place any more order, may not even recommend it to my near and dear ones.

certain things are nice. certain things have to be improved much like curry leaves should not be crushed much in mixture. It will get automatically crushed when you mix and curry leaves should be very little in quantity. Jackfruit chips were very hard. kaaram can be lessened. Cost is also much. Ghee and coffee powder was super as Chennai special.

there is no cancel option don't download and buy before seeing the reviews see in Amazon the same product will be at half of the rate in this app. For instance if it is 199 in this then in Amazon it is for 99 only so first check the alternatives for this then place the order ..

Payment was made through UPI and confirmation of payment took more than 60 seconds after payment debited in my UPI app. I thought it would fail, but the payment receipt confirmation came after 1 minute

Snacks are packed neatly in a press-slide-lock bag. Palm oil free snacks which is why I buy them. Sometimes we can easily make out from the smell and taste that the oil was reused multiple times - rarely though. Otherwise I like the taste of the snacks and have been a long time customer.
