Ordering food through this app is such a waste of time. It takes two hours for the food itself to arrive, delivery men get confused with the orders. By the time i get my food, it's as good as stale. I would be more considerate if this was a one time thing but it's a habit for them. Would not recommend. I'd give 0 stars if i could.

The order was not delivered due to unavailability of delivery partner, but instead of cancellation, the order was simply marked delivered. There was no refund. There is annoying push notifications for rating the delivery even after dismissing it several times. Finally I had to disable push notifications for this app. Terrible experience.

Hi, app keeps getting downgraded to previous version and forcing me to update almost every day. Issue has been ongoing for months now. It is impossible to repeatedly download and update just to open this app. And it is not an Android issue because I have never had this issue with any other app. Please fix!

It is spamming me every few minutes with notification to give food feedback. I legit got around 20 notifications about feedback for the one order I placed.

They never refund the money even after the world is going through pandemic and a person left bit early they always just fake it that they'll refund but they just don't do it. I stayed here for 6 months and I adjusted with all the things possible but even after that they did what they are best in just ignoring the customer. I'll tag them very bad and terrible in terms of refund .

Even a school kid can design a better app than this shittyapp, Best SignUp Design - Asked me to enter Mobile Number, Requested for OTP, OTP came after few try, Entered OTP, Asked me to setup password, Added password and clicked on next. Again asking me to enter OTP, which never came and if I add old OTP which came in first stage, it gets stuck there. Is anyone even doing basic sanity testing or not? Poor and idiotic experience.

Worst app ever, too many bugs, waste of time it took 10 mins for the process and registration and can't even order the item, less item options showed then the display, payment method waste more time and the UI of the app is worst and completely useless app and useless concept.
