Charging is very slow. I guess fast-charge batteries will decrease company profit as you are charged per hour, not per usage. Unless you are really stranded, you're better off asking the bartender to charge your phone and get a beer while you wait. Is cheaper. As advertised, If you charge 2 phones at the same time I expect even slower charge and for sure they will not be full after ~2h. Batteries are 5000mAh and most of the new phones already reach that capacity.

I can't believe how useful this app turned out to be. It literally saved me a few times and the price is so good. They have very many locations and some of them are open until very late if not non-stop sometimes. I use it almost daily and I can't recommend it enough for every one who is out and about all day.

I can't even login to the app. I tried with Google, email, phone number, and Facebook. Nothing is working and my phone died while trying to rent a portable battery. The idea is good but the app just sucks
