In my 2nd day, I haven't use my data yet, but why I can't connect to internet? And even I tick the check box on your page, you still ask me to tick that box??????? Return my money!!!!!

Honestly if there is a - 100stars, i will go for it Message customer service is absolutely disgusting, i spent 2 hours to explain my internet down stream issue that i have reported a week ago, and still asking me for basic information like account number when i have mentioned there is an existing case reference, yet hasnt respone till now im writing this review, im paying 110 monthly and i have been with telstra for last 8 years, turns out this is what im getting, well done Telstsa you lost me
