It would not work for me when I first tried it. I discovered my devices where not up to date with the latest firmware. I updated my devices and now the app works without crashing. Hope this maybe help full to people here. I have no problem after updating the devices. Check Teradek's web site for updates for your device and if there is then update it or on the device go to setting - firmware - update. (I think as I am not beside my devices at the moment.

the app crashes immediately upon trying to change platform settings, everything else seems to work for me but I'd really like to be able to change platforms....ugh.

This apps need an update. Can't login to Facebook if I choose the apps login instead of browser, it gives me an error if I choose the apps. Also it crash. I'm using android.
