The app is very wonky as it doesn't all me to use the rewards at checkout. However, I was able to use the rewards in online checkout on the mobile website. The website does a better job of tracking my rewards as well. Just FYI for anyone having issues with the app. I'd suggest bookmarking the mobile website link and forgetting this app altogether. It's strange that they haven't fixed this issue.

I love LBB especially the frys. But, I am disappointed with this app and the process of earning rewards. You either have to register a credit card to pay with or take a photo of your receipt. I try to use my credit card as little as possible and I use cash for these types of purchases so I will not be registering a card. The problem with taking a photo of my receipt it that I have never received a receipt from LBB. Poor system. Updated to 3 stars for the free burger. Uninstalled app afterwards.

This app is pointless other than tracking your rewards! It took me FOUR attempts to download this wretched app only to be greeted with workflow that doesn't allow you to redeem rewards via online order... You have to do it in the store! I couldn't even get pickup order to even load! What a waste of time!! Update: Tried it months later.... Even WORSE user experience! How embarrassing for LBB!

Great food. Options seem to change every few months, so if something special catches your eye, order it as it may disappear. Mobile app is super easy to use. And hey, you get rewards for ordering delicious food! Bonus!

App works well for ordering food. Lots of customizable options for burgers. I'm getting the feeling maybe it isn't linked up to my rewards account, which would be weird so I need to look into that.

I have on several occasions thought that ordering some pickup burgers sounds nice. The app is makes ordering nearly impossible, requires multiple different log ins to work, and navigates like an early 2000's phone app. Can't say I'm impressed

A middle schooler could write a better mobile app. If you leave the app at all, like switching to another app, or using Google Pay for your card information, or some other app interrupts it, it resets back to the menu. It asks you to sign up for an account when you first download it, then again asks for you to make an account when you order. This app is an embarrassment to their business and not worth using in its current severely broken state.

I think it's just an okay app. Too many steps just to order a single burger for pickup. Can't redeem free stuff while using it so what's the sense? You have to wait til you pick up. Also, this opportunity to Review is to RATE THE APP, NOT THE FOOD AND SERVICE!! Go on Google to review the food, sheesh! 🙄
