The app itself, concept included, is an amazing idea. However, recently the introduction of the third-party ads is going to knock two stars off my review. I understand the need to bring in a third-party ad network, but the quality of these ads is absolutely horrific. The built in ads for curated companies are much preferred, when they're available.

so a couple areas I think need working on, it's great you give me discount codes but you should be able to set preferences (maybe you already can and I've missed it) but like vegan products or no plastic etc the other thing which is more of a usability issue is your adverts that are videos, even when muted stop my music playing and when I go to play the music again it restarts the advert video again stopping the music, forcing me to watch a muted video.

I hate to give such a negative review, as I have been planting trees here for more than a year. However, the app has recently stopped allowing me to log in. It only shows the error 'An error has occurred. Try again later.' I have tried to log in countless times over the last few weeks, but nothing has worked.

I used to love this app. I've planted over 1000 trees the past few years. However in the last few months they have started introducing scammy video adverts to download mobile game apps. What on earth has this got to do with treeapp?! The original idea was great to watch sustainable companies share their products in return for funding the planting of trees. I cannot support this app when its going against the very thing it set out to be. Get rid of the stupid game adverts!

Liked the app, but this morning it suggested I update it, as 'this version' is no longer supported. However, updating is impossible, unless I (presumably) uninstall and re-install the app. Which means (again: presumably) that I will loose my history and have to start again? Not impressed. PS: apparently the app version I currently use is from 21 Aug 2024...

This has been a journey! Started at 5 stars then 1 when the game add were tricking you into visiting, then 4 when they improved but now 3 because Treeapp have told me the 3rd party ads are not pre approved by Treeapp. A major failing which is now giving us fake IQ test games (grammar questions don't indicate IQ)

Have been a long time user of the app, disappointed to recently get awful ads for scam mobile games that often don't work. The ads centred on sustainability have gone completely. Will uninstall if it remains this way

I love the idea of being able to plant trees for free, however notifications (planting reminders and nudges) don't work, there is likely a bug
