Hi there is a bug on android. as soon as I want to choose a picture from the gallery instead of taking a picture the message says "you have denied storage permission", and leads me to settings. but there is no storage permission i can give!

The idea is great and the service provided I liked a lot. But the app itself is terrible. It was crashing all the time, took me a few tries to submit the add (crashed, pictures didn't pick up, no way to store a draft). Notifications worked sporadically. I would expect at list the main flow work fine, but not the case.

Transported goods got damaged. Insurance doesn't cover. Don't use this for anything but thrash! I ordered a transport of a table. It got damaged during transport (a large very visible scratch on a white table). I had paid for insurance during the transport. But in the end it didn't cover anything. The fact that tiptapp offers a worthless insurance is borderline scam and just bad business practice. Reply to Tiptapp: You are getting a bad review because you integrate and advertise their sevices

Horrible app. Horrible pay. It pays so bad that you can literally end up loosing money if you are driving your own car. I went for an add, that said they wanted someone to pick up some sticks from their yard, they were going to pay 40€, but those "sticks" were more like 4 full trailers of full grown trees, that needed to be cut into pieces. I worked for 7.5h, for supposedly 40€, at the end, TipTap gave me the option of keeping the trees, and when I did, TipTap decided not to pay me at all. Great

Works well when everything works. Have about a 50% pickup rate when giving away things. People just doesn't show up a lot of the time. Since yesterday the app no longer works when on WiFi from home going through vpn provider. Worked fine before that. Now I need to use mobile for the app to load, logins to work etc. Also seems to need to login every time I open the app.

Actually fix the bugs!!! Horrible user experience. (1) Every time I even try and add a profile picture it crashes. (2) Then I wrote out a whole Ad, with all the details, pictures etc. Added my credit card, to be allowed to publish the ad, and it crashed again. None of the ad was saved as a draft. (3) Really basic UX things are missing. E.g. the text input box in feedback section is UNDER the keyboard when you bring it up to type. I'm about delete my account, and find an alternative.

great idea and great service. someone saw a problem and did this fantastic solution. i just use it and I'm very happy with results. i wanted to recycle some stuff from my balcony. i made ad and some guy came and took everything. he was very nice and polite and the price is good. 4 start because app crashes all the time and it's very frustrating. but thank you for this app. would be great to have seperate inbox button in menu.
