For starters, the free service for disabled isn't the best. It's not unlimited calls, only 1100 minutes. All of my family and friends, live in the states. So that's I serious issue! Most are unlimited calls! 2nd, this app is only in Spanish... so I don't get far,as I am still learning. No option to change languages. And the call center hangs up if no one speaks English, and the option to upgrade to more minutes on the app has been disabled, so we can't upgrade plan. Don't show remaining balance.

Never could log on. Tried with email like the option states with no success. Tried for password recovery just in case i was doing something wrong, but no such luck. I didn't bother myself too much just uninstalled it. Sad though, i would love for it to function properly but, seeing as how they are the only option available im this area, they don't seem to need to care about service.

There are so many flaws that I don't know where to begin. But one every time I try to login, it keep keeps changes the password, you can try to login 5 min later and it will change it. Next, there are no options on the app to do and upgrade to the phone or to pay off the phone debt. This app is junk. They need to actualize. If it weren't because they are the only company that I get reception at home, I would go back to T-mobile.

Is the most crappie app i ever seen. I had to change my password like 4 times and only when it work. The call center had a bunch of incompetent employees. It's a shame of company.

Really bad service, takes too long, gets stuck all the time with errors, and you can stay without line for a while because of that

Everytime I want to log in my account I have to accept this device and receive a code number to get access to my account. It's very annoying because this happens all the time.

I can no longer access my account. I can only use the app as a guest. I won't even bother contacting their incompetent customer service.

ask all the time to do the 2 factor verification system even when I press "trust this devices". Also finger access does not work even when is active.
