App is glitchy ... There's no send button on the texting app feature. Voicemail is buggy and not reliable. And when I receive business calls it just states our company number. Lastly we requested an answering attendent with basic press: one, two, three features with an attendents voice upon answering -- meanwhile after their "updates" we received their basic: leave a message at the tone. 😳

For me, this app is almost perfect and NO ONE has made an app better. I would know. I own several numbers for my businesses. I know by the way it rings which business is calling. I chose this feature over having caller ID. (You can usually only pick one of these features with these apps) You can port numbers in and add users which is about to come in handy as I grow my business 👔 The UI is sleek and clean. Great customer service, very buggy app. Calling them for support is second to none but it doesn't help when the service itself is very buggy. The app has a lot of bugs: wrong numbers showing up, typing a long message hangs the keyboard, inability to edit settings, no integrations. I do value that the service uses cellular minutes for calling and not VoIP though, which keeps me with them.

I want to love it, but the app is just way too glitchy! I've tried other services, but I like the simplicity and call quality better on this one. Problems : App usually takes 2 tries to open Text messages sometimes don't trigger notifications When text notification does alert, clicking on it does not open the app. After opening app to read text message, it usually takes a minute or so before it appears Incorrect time stamps on text messages And many more issues.

Love the app so far. I'm not sure why some people want the full features of the web page but for me I honestly would love if it didn't show my personal number for outbound calls and only showed the CX would be so much better for going back to recordings if needed. They app crashed let night and constantly has minute glitches the take for ever to load text messages

I've had the service for almost a year now. It works great and customer service is friendly. My only complaint is that you can't delete phone calls or texts or notifications. I use this for my business and I get a ton of notifications daily. I don't understand the inability to delete stuff...where do they do that at? So because of that I can only give three stars

Worst company and app AVOID. The app won't work half the time you use it. When it does work it will lag, timeout, and then you'll have to restart the app. Then you deal with this for a month and decide it's not worth it. So you go to cancel and they WILL NOT let you cancel online. They make you call and you'll be on hold for ONE HOUR. It's easier to just cancel the credit card.

This app constantly freezes and the messages come back late and not in order. They charge more than google for the same service. The features don't even allow you to easily delete past messages. The devs need to really work out the kinks. It gives you another number but that's about where the goodness stops. I'm moving to another option.
