The products are overpriced. At the beginning you would say fine because services are needed, but now they added membership fees making you delete the app and order from glovo or just go at the supermarket. 10 euros per month just to be able to buy overpriced snacks it's a BIG NO.

Great idea but bad execution. The rental items are frequently not available because of the app (no one has rented them, but the item is unavailable because the app is broken or the item is broken like the scooters). Amazing when the service works, but flawed by technical difficulties.

I mostly ren the cordless vacuum cleaners with it and they keep improving them with each iteration. Not only does the current iteration (Pholips I 800p Aqua Plus) seem to clean better now, but the lights in the front make the results more visible. It can happen from time to time that something is wrong with the items I rent, but the customer service is always very quick to help out.

Zero stars if i could. Vacuum machines are terrible, and there is no sucking power at all. I have been locked into a 6 mth life contract and have requested a refund after the 2nd use. TULU rejected the refund as it was past the week or 2 cancellation period. Not sure about other users, but I only vacuum once a week, so obviously I would be past the cancellation period. DO NOT BE CAUGHT, test the products before signing up into there 6 month con.

When I moved into a building with the service I really liked the idea so I added 200 nis (about$65) that granted me another 60 nis. I've been using their service once in a while until one day it just stopped working with no explanation. The third time I wrote to the support they answered. I requested a refund on my 110 that's left, they decided to refund 50 because they gave me 60 credits :/ uncool, don't add money to "your wallet" because it's not yours.

The ideal payment feature has not been working for months now. The dynamic link domain is wrong. After attempting to pay, if you manage to get that far, it will take money from your account, but then give you an error saying that the dynamic link does not exist. Telling customers that it's fixed when it clearly isn't is not a way to gain support for your service.

this is the new convenience. great way to entertain guests, get things done around the house, or just get a quick snack. brilliant idea and design. great addition to any building or office.

Great idea, awful ux. When sign up you need to choose one of few available buildings, then you need to fill apartment number (of what? Who knows). When choosing product you can't even know if the product is on stock. You prob need to go to the building in order to know.
