There is weight difference in items. I booked gram dal 30 kg bag and it comes only 27 kgs. When I call to customer care, no proper response from them. Udaan never take any action on delivery partners. We never encourage these type of frauds.

WORST I have worst experience with this company as they deliver rotten food items with extended expiry date and when you ask for return or refund they refuse to do so....beware of these type of food suppliers. I have very bad experience with this company....think thrice before buying anything from UDAAN

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever seen. It doesn't store the previous state. If you hit back, you go to the home page. Searching for products is difficult too. Ordering fruits and vegetables is a nightmare. Random fruits and vegetables get added to the the cart. If you remove these items and go back to add other items, they get added back. It's also really really slow... Given that the app has been around since 2017 with millions in funding makes things even more inexplicable.

Not good, very poor app. Very slow, exits automatically, short by doesn't work properly, and filter option is also useless and doesn't work properly. There no option for customer review and rate on product and supplier. After tap the buy option can get back the same way, it take to home. Everytime comes category options whenever open the app. Couldn't find the cash pick up option also.. Many more. It's not an app it's a headache. Sorry.

First: lagging, I see the app working smoothly in a 3gb Ram phone than the 6gb Ram, build a better version that runs in all the phones. Second: bugs are too high, when you order items which are in pieces, the count keeps buffering. Third: the app doesn't show your orders when there is an error and it's not solved immediately. Fourth: please give us an option to add an alternative number in case if the user is busy others could help the drivers with directions.

Very bad customer support service. Having an issue since 1 week. No problem is solved. Just everyday someone will call, say they will raise complaint but nothing is done. Very frustrating customer service.
