Terrible app! I still have to verify my account again when I have already done so for the fourth time, which means going to the process of verification again and waiting for the approval. Just how many times do I have to verify my acc again when it's been verified many times already? Please fix this. Using the app is very tedious and the bugs are annoying which make it a terrible experience. Ps. Pls don't ignore our concerns. Value your people, Unified

There is a verification process where you need to scan your ID and take a picture of yourself holding that ID. It will be helpful for us, users, if we can have a way to know the status ofthat verification. I saw something in the app that 1 hr upon submission, the verification team will process. Until now, an hour is over but nothing is still happening. No help or support link is avaliable incase we need it.

Can't proceed with the verification. There's no button for capturing selfie photo. Already called the CSR but advised to uninstall and install the app. Unfortunately, it doesn't fixed the problem. I can't still verified my 9 accounts.

Worst app . When I installed Unified v4 and open it to make an account they suggested me to open it as unified V2 then I followed the instructions.. when I'm done installing,it always says update and update and update.. kainis! I think it's good app but I'm disappointed. Don't install this apps.👎👎👎

Unified app keeps on crashing after installing the update and please fix were unable to use it in mobile. What happen? We thought its an update but were not able to use it for many months now..🤔🤔🤔🤔

Its almost a week now that i cannot log in. It always says its failed. Thoug i have stable connection. My ups try to log in my account on her phone and she able to logged in. Why when it comes to my phone i cannot log in to the app. Pls help me with my concern. I've been to crs already but still can't help to log me in.

There was a prolem or bug doing kyc. It's like There was a unlimited KYC to take and there was no result and response via gmail. When I contacted them via gmail. There was no reply either. How can I suppose to use the services inside this app when I always taking KYC again and again with no result. Please do somthing to resolve it I know I am not the only one struggling about this matter or problem.

Can not use my account when u open the old apps, they put you directly on V2 which is you need to register as a dealer put the Registration code ,pin, and Ar/Or trucking number whilst I don't know what is it? I ask someone but they said they don't know either. I message csr but till now they didn't response on my concern!
