When I click on EZLive settings for each camera, then customize alarm sound, it says it is not supported by this device. I have an Android. This software should support all phones, not just iPhones. I would like to set different alarm sounds for the different cameras. What is being done, and how long will it take to rectify this problem? Our installer has other customers complaining about this issue.

Can you please allow a default setting for quality? Defaulting to medium or low and having to manually select high is annoying. Also allow one to customize the camera order and layout as well as default to show all initially. Thanks for removing the annoying 3s wait time - oh wait, you didn't, why is it there? Allow default image quality please!

*updated* Fair play, both issues reported are fixed in latest version. Aspect ratio display of UNV cameras only defaults incorrectly to portrait since last update. Images are barely useable now. Discovered this is only an issue using high resolution, which was fine in previous version. Other cameras display correctly. Alarms are not sent by the app despite permissions being allowed. Worse, since the last update, no cameras are recording motion alarms under the message tab for each camera now.

For some reason the "receive alarm message" function keeps turning itself off. If I open a notification saying there's an "alarm" then the app says there is no alarm. I have to go back to the main app screen, hit the 3 dots above my device and enable the "receive alarm message" switch. It also prompts me to tap a blue bar to allow notifications, I tap through only to see all the settings for notifications already enabled within the app and system.

It's a big improvement over the EZView app. You can adjust most of the camera settings, including image rotation, WDR, and Day/Night Mode.

App works fine, however today I discovered it doesn't support PTZ control? my PTZ cameras have no option to control them, the EZview app, and the manual for unv-link both have joystick icons you select to enable PTZ control, however on the UNV-link app no button exists, and neither does pressing edges of the live view screen

Ezview and UNV link app isn't working with properly, before app version support NVR password reset but updated version doesn't sending security code to mail, need to update

The latest update is bad. the screen size is not fit and has become a conflict ratio with the mobile screen, please resolve it ASAP.
