Very poor service and false advertisement! I got the Vix Premium with no ADS and surprise, it comes with ads. How is Vix Premium with no ADS going to have ads. Also in TUDN they always say that all Liga MX games will stream through TUDN and Vix Premium when this is false. That only stream a few games but not all. This is the worst app when it comes in terms of advertisement. False advertisement and yes I contacted customer service for refund and got told that they couldn't. Scammers.

They put like a thousand ads in the last moments of the movies making watching anything very frustrating and poor experience almost unwatchable at times. Other free sevices put ads at the beginning and nothing at the end, making the end user experience more enjoyable

I have been forced to use this app for a while because it seems they're the only ones with full access to the Colombian league. I'm not interested in the rest of the content, so I can't comment on that. I pay for the "no ads" subscription, and there's always an ad before every live stream. When I reached out to customer service, they were rude and didn't acknowledge that they have ads (Vix adds, not adds from the live stream signal) on the no-ads plan. The app is clunky, poorly developed.

You pay to have the best quality, the video reloads every 14 to 20 minutes. Every time you try to open the app, it says it's down to try later. The video quality, they say is HD...some shows barely make it to 480p. Some pirate sites have better video quality than Vix, and with the ads they have it's the same as cookies on pirate sites....waste of money. Thought they would fix it after 2 years of paying hoping they would do better, nothing. Not paying anymore!

Just wow. I'm impressed with the app and the selection of novelas, movies and overall live tv section. Had to buy the premium without ads because I hate seeing ads when watching series. Lol. Thank you Univision for this great app.

Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of other better options out there!

Great show so far. Interesting and enjoyable combination of English and Spanish sense of humor, very well managed with grest balance, we loved the scenes without the interpreter. she was the best in this first episode. Great introduction of all characters. Some nice small references towards the Latin culture style, like the folks watching the soccer game. Husband and I watched it together, and we laughed a lot several times. Excellent show so far.
