If I could give no stars I would. I got charged a late/ no show fee of $75 on 4/3 when my dietician is the one who cancelled (for the second time). I reached out to Nourish shortly after it happened asking how to get a different nutritionist on 3/31. I asked what to do next since she keeps rescheduling. UPDATE: 3.5 stars Nourish reached out and we resolved the issue. I took out some details of this review to provide the update. Still not sure I am ready to dive back in, but they did reach out!

Loving everything so far. My dietician is very knowledgeable and is very nice. My insurance has paid for it. The app has alot of features like AI food tracking. Post gallbladder attack and so thankful to have the guidance of the dietician. Going to share with my friends.

In the beginning before giving any information, they said all insurances are accepted and provide a list and I found Medicare on it. I gave all my info and at the very end I was notified they do not take my insurance and it would cost me $149.00 for each visit. This is a pile of BS to get your info to sell to others. I'm already getting spam calls. Don't even download this application, you'll be sorry you did.

SCAM ALERT! They collect all your personal information—payment methods, medications, insurance details—only to cancel your appointment an hour before it starts, claiming they don’t accept your insurance and are “saving you from out-of-pocket costs.” Then, the nutritionist I booked with suddenly has no availability whatsoever. Feels like a complete scam. Beware!

Waiting to get started with Nourish but I can't seem to figure out how to integrate it with any of my existing apps (Samsung Health, Health Connect, or Lose It!). Does it really only integrate with Apple Health?

App is incredibly slow, almost unusable. Really wanted to try it, but the app is not worth the needed effort.

First appointment was great. However the second appointment, I used the link they sent me for the Zoom call and the dietitian never got on the call. I waited over 25 minutes on the Zoom meeting and even sent her A MESSAGE which she didnt respond to. Now they're trying to charge me $75 for a no show fee because the dietitian is saying she was on the call. Obviously there is an issue here. I asked her to help as clearly I sent her a message DURING the meeting time, and she wont help. SCAM.
