Nice app, but the QR code scanner is not user-friendly by any means. The reason behind this is being unable to pick a screenshot from the gallery in the scanner. Almost all students are attending classes from their phones, so they would NEED a feature like this. Otherwise, they'd have to show the attendance QR code on a whole other screen to be able to scan it. Please allow the scanner to accept pictures from the phone's gallery. I've already sent an email long ago but nobody responded.

the latest version is so much better than the previous. But still, you could've make it slightly better. Furthermore, Adding the student's QR code or Barcode there in profile section would've been fantastic. I've been looking for that for a long time. But so disappointed that it wasn't added. After all, It is getting better and better ,, and thats whats important. Excellent Job by you CICT 💪💪

Utmsmart needs more highly skilled developers in developing the app because it always gives me headaches everytime i use it. The only smooth thing this app gives is qr scan feature. The rest? Unstable. Gives error a lot. I thought utm is a "technology" university, but what is this? Utm should perform better than this. Any important dates when a lot of people use the app, it always crashes. Don't use "a lot of people use it at the same time" as an excuse that this app crashes. BE BETTER!!!!

QR Scanner was a problem most of the time, couldn't even scan once. I need to restart the app countless times before I finally submitted my attendance. Current Device : -Realme GT Master Edition -Android 12 Problem : QR Code scanned but it says that the permission for the app to use my camera wasn't enabled but it was enabled ever since I installed the app in my device. Perhaps it was a compatibility issue, if so, please fix. This app was made to help students, not to burden them.

The foundation of the idea is great. The latest update seems to improve A LOT in term of multi purpose but this semester i didn't make it to test the barcode because non of my lecturers are using it... hopefully the Qr code has updated to a more contrast colour as requested for longer distance scanning.It still feels like a waste of time when the projector is used,The lecturer can't continue his/her lecture while the Qr code is projected, this makes us think the traditional way is more efficient.

Not bad. Lagging is normal for every apps. But one thing I don't like is too many times to update, it sucks me everytime I open the app to scan attendance. So far, UTMSmart was a great app with informative graphic, easy to access to ease student in university life. It really helps me to keep updated with the latest activities held in UTM by just check it on the phone which I can get MyUTM Merit by joining the activities. I like the app's beautiful graphic which the color combination is perfect.

Cannot return via back button. Qr scanner which is the main function for this app is always unable to scan for android user. Can utm just fix this, it is very frustrating when you are given a short period of time to scan the qr

Getting better, lots of info beneficial to the users. however it seems some info is still not in the app. Whenever I try to went back one page, using phone icon, the app closes. You have to use app BACK icon. I think this need to be amended.
