The laptop, VA Lottery program functions properly. I've yet to get the phone app to function properly more than 4-5 months at a time. It always seems to be an issue with not being able to 'locate' my exact phone location, although all permissions have been granted... No problem finding my exact location when I make a deposit though...

This app is very low functioning. Everytime I log in it ask for your email saying it may be on file as an error. There has to be an easier way to play draws online. It will start scanning for rewards but will not credit you after approx 10 tickets. It appears the app works best for online games only. Offers help via email but there is never a response.

Roller Coaster this what thus app is please stay away please. It can be addictive but poison. This explains why they took the machines out the store because here they take money without giving you any chance. It glitches when playing like it skips or do something funny when you lost several times in a row, like nope let me get that too! If you play the online games set a playing limit.Far as GPS you have it for a reason, I think they only want certain areas in VA to win big.

I'm opening an investigation into the virginia lottery instant games. Been an avid play for years. Starting to notice a pattern that doesn't correlate with the "random" slots. Not going to give too much information but I've got an extensive list of evidence to conclude that they are tampering with slot payouts based on certain instances. For now, I would not download the app or play it online until more information comes as a result of this. Stay tuned.

An unbelievable level of incompetence. I can't add any funds from any of my many accounts because they keep complaining but not giving a specific reason. I use these accounts all the time in other apps. No money for you greedy idiots! Old: Idiots! "can't add to cart. Please select one or more numbers to complete your play." is BS because all the numbers are selected and there is nothing else to do! Old: Apps are getting worse everywhere. This one too. I'd give it one star but maybe next time.

I keep getting 'unable to verify location'. You must be in Virginia blah blah blah. Thing is.. I AM in Virginia. Tried two different locations an hour and a half drive apart. Google maps has no problem locating me correctly. I see this app has permissions to use the GPS. I even tried uninstall/reinstall. Still doesn't work.

Certain games keep crashing. Logs me out on its own. Location problems have never been completely fixed. Now when trying to log in it says I have been logged out for inactivity. BTW unless you can afford to make high dollar bets you ain't winning nothing but pocket change and then you get cut off and ain't winning nothing until they get their money back.

I've been supporting the Virginia lottery for years, but over the past I would say year they have went down hill with the app, and their customer service department needs more training or something because they act like a deer in headlights whenever you call them with a problem. Everytime I play a few games the app always never fails to kick me out because of some technical errors.
