This app is awful. I would prefer an app full of ads over this app, it tells you to link your Ticketmaster account and it won't let you do it. It continuously tells you to update your password. You're unable to access your tickets, you have to go to the website and log in through the web portal. This needs to be deleted and new developers need to build this again properly. It does not send any notifications or updates on the schedule.

This app is horrible and there don't seem to have been any attempts to improve it since it launched last year. Doesn't keep you logged in. Whn you go to view your tickets, it says your session has expired and you need to login again, but there is no place to do so. The app just freezes and has to be closed and relaunched multiple times. Seems completely random to find a place to login again. Very frustrating and stressful since you're never sure you're going to be able to access your tickets.

Worst App Ever!! Would give it zero stars if I could. Every time I try and use it I have nothing but problems and end up resetting my password which messes my ticketmaster account up. Either fix ALL issues or go back to paper tickets. It is ridiculous to expect your older non tech savvy patrons (which seems to be the largest demographic of ticket holders) to have the patience to figure it out!!

I cannot get this to login. it says no internet connection. every app on my phone has internet connection including this app in all selections except logging in. I called Custer service and was told to uninstall and reinstall and turn phone on and off and have done all those things. I have also cleared cache and data to no avail. the fault is in the app. please fix it.

It's mandatory to use this app, but it does not remember my login info. When it tells me to login, there is no obvious link to do so, and the screen freezes, so I have to pause and I pause the app and then spend several minutes searching for a login screen. It's very cumbersome compared to any other app I use.

Cannot access my tickets! App is supposed to link to my Ticketmaster account, but it doesn't. Tried different fixes, nothing worked. It's the app. Horrible.

Access to My Account is not intuitive and requires at least three clicks. This is probably the most important and frequent page most subscribers need to access for tickets, purchases etc. Navigation access to sign into "My Account" should be an obvious option or icon on nearly every page of the app.

This app really doesn't work well when trying to download tickets. Constantly getting "Session expired please sign in again." Can't exit and can't clear it off the phone without forcing the app closed, and then STILL can't open it. I'm REALLY wanting paper tickets back!!!!!!
