I just brought new book and tried to redeem my e-Book but failed with unknown reason :'((((( "Code is not valid or has been redeemed" But I just scratched off and entered it!!! :'((((( Don't know where can I get help?????

The app always wrongly detect what i want to make highlight! The same problem occurs even i use different devices, and was not corrected for more that 2 years since i used this app for the first time! Cannot understand why CFA still forces candidates to use this suck app!

Everything must realtime connecting cause responding so slow, maybe is software program not so complete. Slow both on cellphone and PC, much slower than real books, big drawback.
