After using it for 2 years in Turkey I've decided to switch to another one. These days the internet has been terribly slow and runs out quickly. They don't really have convenient packages for everyday use. Even if they do I'd say they are rather expensive. Whenever I do run out of internet I can't even pay for it in their app. They had this feature before, however it's not working in November 2024. It cannot connect to the bank when you run out of internet

For 3 months, I cannot reach to my account. It says the name I entered is wrong. The problem is, the app doesn't even ask for a name. It just asks for number and password which I'm %100 sure I enter correctly. This is ridiculous. All the support team does is locking my thread and tagging it "solved" while it's not solved. Let's not forget there is no human support and their internet is slow ss hell, to just open their own website for speedtest!

The call center personnel are purely incompetent in trying to understand what I am explaining, let alone in assisting me in finding a solution to the problem. The ISP provides an e-mail address for detailed explanation of the problem; however, that is all it gets. No one calls or e-mails back for further elaboration or a suggestion to the issue. Afterwards I send a reminder follow-up e-mail only to receive an automated reply that the issue has "been updated" but to no progress. Still the same.

Worst expensive ever with an app. You buy a tourist sim at a shop....when the credit is gone it's impossible to top up online. You go back to the shop to top up and they cant help you as say it's online only now. What a scam. You can only think they want you to purchase a brand new sim.

It constantly asks whether I want to switch to a new tariff, and sometimes I get this notification from the phone itself. Just as there is little internet in the tariffs, additional packages are also very expensive. On the other hand, the wheel, gives almost nothing. It would be great if it could give internet, but all it gives is discount for shopping. Disappointment.

Incessantly asks whether I want to switch to a more expensive tariff, sometimes about 5 times in a minute. The button to view the tariff conditions did not work for the most experience tariff. Even if you change your tariff to one which gives you certain privileges such as free data transfer for media apps, you still need to go through settings and activate that seperately, or you are charged for that data you already pay for the exemption of (this might be due to carrier and not the app).

Although there is an English option at the beginning of the app, it makes no difference once you start using it as most of they key words and phrases are still Turkish. Very confusing and needs to be translated properly if you're going to offer an English option. Also, this does not accept foreign bank cards. Poor.

I've had the same issue as a lot of users , the app barely starts and only displays a white screen. This app hasn't been working on my Samsung note android for months but works fine on my iphone. Can this problem be fixed soon it's making me reconsider using the vodafone network. people nowadays are in search for convenience and if vodafone are not going to provide that then customers will go elsewhere, and trust when i say , there are many options to choose from!
