So far so all good. It does pause a little when you open it. I do wish they would go just a bit higher on the game levels, thru elementry grades at least. Remember its a fake kid phone not a real phone people Great SAFE way for your kid to have a phone when still to you g to have an actual phone. I as a parent get to monitor all they do which is fantastic in by book

I've tried downloading and installing this app multiple times hoping it would help the issue, but every time I try to open the app literally nothing happens. The app doesn't even try to open, then my phone pops up and says "the app is unresponsive, what would you like to do?" I got my daughter the kidi buzz g2 for her birthday and I don't think she'll be able to use the kidi connect app to message her dad or I... Honest very dissatisfied and disappointed in not being able to open and use the app

Overall the app works okay with the exception of notifications. I am not notified when I receive a message. Disappointing as one of the main reasons I bought the Kidibuzz phone was so that my youngest could "text" me while I'm at work if he were missing me.

I keep getting an error code (99) when I try to login. This is how I communicate with my brother who has special needs and now I'm getting notifications but I can't login. Really difficult to find help on this as well!

I'm not happy with this app at all. Worked for a while but now won't even open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing works. I'm very disappointed that this isn't being fixed/addressed. 😞

Unable to open app after multiple attempts re-installing. I have used the app in the past 1 year ago and worked well, but me/wife aren't able to use app lately.

Can never sign in. The page stays loading the whole time. uninstalling the app and re-reinstalled it and still didnt work! very frustrating........

This app used to work great, I'd get notifications and loved interacting with my child. Now it no longer opens, as many many others have noticed too. PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR APP VTECH.
