its a SCAM littarly paid for a game coupon then the money got withdrawn from my wallet and got nothing but there is a problem i contacted support now thyre saying i have to wait 7 days for a refund thanks for wasting my time i guess imagine having hopes to get something and then it completely shatteres in less than a second if this issue isnt resolved whatsoever i am reporting this app and never recommending to anyone at all

update: my experience is better now, real offers and good communication scrolling through offers or navigating in map hangs up my phone completely

I advise against dealing with them because most of the partners with Wafrah do not accept coupons, and this happened to me personally twice.

The customer service is the worst. I faced a problem while using one of the coupons at a restaurant, and instead of helping the customer, they are standing by the marchent even if he is at wrong. They didn't even bother to file a complaint saying that it is normal for the restaurant to give you what is available, not what you chose and paid for.

It is using bad way to discribe the offer and don't give details. If you pay, then go yo the place. You will find different or additional criteria, and you will be asked to pay again more money.

I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SUPER HORRIBLE APPLICATION. Waffarha became really terrible, and all their promocodes are fake, even if the money is transferred to the wallet because you will not be able to use the cashback in buying any coupons. Terrible customer support, and no one will be able to solve your problem. I've been contacting them for 3 days to help me solving my problem, but with no help!!
