Great app with incredible customization. Programming start and stop times, and setting charge current is extremely easy. The statistics are fun to review. The only thing that I recommend is to buy the current monitor for people with solar. This is the easiest and best charger/app combo that i have used to date.

I'm not able to pay for charging sessions. I only ever get generic error messages w/ no cause or direction on how to fix. Same thing if I try to change payment methods. I even tried to re register under a new email and the app won't even let me get past that. I've been in communications with their difficult to find (human) support for over a day now and so far they've only asked generic questions that have nothing to do w/ my problem. I've lost 4 hrs of time dealing w/ this useless company. 0/5

Unhelpful customer support (very scripted, without the understanding of the issue, unlike for example Ecobee). No support for time of use billing (you can only specify fixed cost per kwh). Wallbox sometimes fails to save charging the history and it simply looses them. No graph of charge rate over time, like charge point. Notifications about "charging stopped" are inaccurate or missing. I wouldn't buy a wallbox charger again. Minus 1*: "Try restarting your charger and wait at least 5 minutes..."

Originally, I gave this app a 1 star review, the app didn't work correctly, the requirements needed to register, (both the app setup, and an internet registration) far exceeded what the app could actually do. But recent improvements have make the app actually useful. There is still more that can be done, but it's much better than it used to be. You can now remotely turn the box on and off, and adjust the amount of power it outputs.

My charger works fine but this app is useless. You can't see anything if you step away from your charger (which makes zero sense as it's suppose let me have remote access) and it doesn't let you use any network that isn't WiFi, my wifi doesnt reach the back of my property so again, it renders the app useless. I can't stand anywhere where both the charger and wifi work. Zero updates on usage either. Disappointed in the app. Doesn't do what was promised

Updates fail through the app. Updates have to be done through the my wallbox website. In order to update through the website the wallbox needs to be on wifi, but the wallbox drops wifi connection consistently. The drop is on average twice a week. Does not connect to Bluetooth, so if you can't connect to the unit by Bluetooth or wifi then how do you use the app? Simple, clear cache, reset app data, restart phone, and sign back into the app. 500 limit is not enough to explain how broken this is.

Like others said here, connection issue could be frustrating when if keeps failing to connect. Blue tooth connection problem resolved once I restarted my phone. I just had to this once (yet). Wifi connection wasn't smooth either but I just installed additional wifi point in my garage and now it works fine. Once the connection problems are solved, app isn't that bad. I don't regret buying Wallbox.

After initially setting it up it will never reconnect via Bluetooth again. Also you can't reset your device without connecting to the app via Bluetooth. So it's this really frustrating charger that absolutely sucks. Updated: I have sent multiple emails (the only form of customer support they offer) and haven't received a response. You should respond to your emails as quickly as you respond to your negative reviews.
