Message retrieval on the app is stuttery and slow motion, barely audible. Contacted customer support 3 months ago, was told to clear cache and reinstall. I attempted that with no success. No further replies to requests for customer support. Today I sat on hold with a CS agent (checking settings) for 40 minutes until their system cut me off. Caveat emptor!

The text reply box is loading with the client's message that was sent. You have to delete it to reply. Please fix immediately. You (Weave) should have Weave, so we could text you the way our clients can text us. Install a Contact Support option in the Weave App Settings!

Worst! Don't do it. We were leaving, got the PIN to port our number, and they kept taking the number back, leaving us without a way for our customers to communicate with us for 2 days. 4/23/24 There are many bugs, and it bumps me off of the app often. CSV contacts can't be deleted individually, there's no way to save bulk messaging templates for future use, and support is slow to fix issues.

Lately, this app hasnt been allowing me to log in. Everytime, I try to log in it says " connecting VOIP Service" and at the end it takes me back to log in section. Not sure whats going on with the app. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall .I also have it on my desk top and it does have glitches and I've experience names that belong to other files. The way I am able to tell is by having an image of the person on it and it has a different name for them. They really need to fix this internal.

This app is supposed to be for improving communication with clients and staff. Unfortunately, the customer service from them is treated as an inconvenience and problems are rarely resolved. The phone app drops calls, partially connects calls, and constantly glitches. I can't wait to find a different app to use. I definitely would not recommend this service or app. It's overpriced, never updated with new features, and fails to resolve problems small or large.

Very helpful in making small changes to your phone system but you will still have to call to make changes to the phone tree and customer service is not great. It is helpful to to have it though because it is easy to transfer calls or override the voicemail if you need to be out of the office. You will still need to reset greetings from the actual phone from my understanding.

I think most of the functions are great. Being able to text/call via app is great and checking schedule is such a luxury! But on several mobiles, the schedule isn't display properly. It starts at 2pm. I've checked my phone settings, it's up to date... it's so annoying!

While the concept is great and it does come with many great options (texting, faxing, group chat), the app itself desperately needs an upgrade. My coworkers and I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times a day, calls are dropped or don't come in at all, the group chat freezes and the app will also freeze pretty often. Whenever we contact customer service, they tell us to uninstall, change to wifi, get off wifi, etc and seem perfectly content telling us this is normal.
