Not reliable, will only sometimes work. The worst part is that the log in process takes you out of the app to a website, then back into the app. This drives the saved username/password function on the phone to just give up. Then, since it takea you to a webaite, you wont find your log in info in your Pass locker (or at least that how it is for me and others i know). Its very frustrating when you are trying to simply ans quickly log in to pay your bill.

This App fails at the most important thing it is meant to do, which is accept customer payments. Every time I attempt to make a payment through the app using my bank account, the payment is returned and my bill payment is not processed. This has led to an accumulation of past due balances and associated late fees. Every time I have attempted to submit payments, I have more than enough funds to cover the transaction and all of my account information is correct. Terrible user experience

The App works as expected. I'm able to pay my bill in a few simple steps. Only thing I would prefer is the option to lock in my information. I would like to add a password, swipe pattern or biometrics etc to be able to access my app if I chose that option. Just so I don't let someone access my info, address etc. when I pass my phone to a friend or family and they're nosy @$$ hell. Do you understand? If they decide to open this app and all you info is easily accessible. 4 stars till they lock app

The app okay, but I do have a problem with it. At times whenever I check on the app to view my bill I have to relog in with my username and password. Very annoying, and I have missed several on time payments because of this. The developer needs to fix this Problem asap.

Card payments currently error out when I try to add a credit card and Google pay shows the payment screen but when trying to pay, it processes for a couple seconds and just throws you back to the payment screen. Tried multiple cards, so there currently seems to be an issue with accepting card payments.

I can never successfully make a payment!! Every single time I try, there's an error message that states "whoops something went wrong." I am only able to dismiss the message. It is very frustrating! The app is supposed to be easy and convenient. It has been everything but.

I couldn't make a partial paymemts on this app. This website TOOK $179.00 off of my bank debit card which I did not approve and I had to pay $2.99 to straighten it out! It keeps telling me that I have to have auto pay and the list goes ON and ON!! I cannot STAND this app!! TAKE IT DOWN!! It"s EXTREMELY MISLEADING!!! too difficult to sign in

It wont let me enter the account or change the amount I want to input. If I change either one it goes back to the total amount owed. Also I've had problems trying figure out how to cancel a payment because I used the wrong bank card. And what if I want to delete a card or account I cant. 🤬
