Newly installed app doesn't allow me to use input fields. ok. waiting a few minutes eventually let me log in. Viewing the book is now taking forever.

I only gave this one star just to leave a review. I have an online book from Wiley and it is terrible. You can highlight and makes notes in the computer full version. However it has lost my highlighting and notes 3 times now. Notes are all on paper now. I have been back and forth for 3 weeks with customer support and they have been absolutely useless. Do not make ANY notes in the book if the book loses them they cannot be retrieved. Absolute rip off!

Digital textbooks is a study tool I never thought I needed. I love the convenience and ease of a click of a button instead of flipping through pages and going back and forth. I can take notes as I go, and it just feels more organized. The convenience of reading while commuting or listening while at work (I do traffic control, so lots of standing around. lol.) This way of studying/learning is perfect for my busy lifestyle.

The app is good for reading technical books to you. The speed and voice configuable, which is great. No ads! Here are my criticisms. You can only bookmark major sections. So if you are reading a book with very long major header sections it will lose your place. A workaround is to set a note every place you leave off. Also, it mispronounces certain technical terms wrong. For instance instead of referring to "Disaster Recovery" as "DR" it will say "doctor".

Wiley Reader has tremendous functionality. It's very convenient to navigate via the Contents Page, create bookmarks, locate necessary contents, highlight the important topics, take notes, view all the notes together, format the text options as per my need etc. There is also a convenient search options for keywords. There is no need to carry a heavy textbook around me whatsoever.

Let's be honest, this app is bare minimum for reading quality.. There's no helpful practical functions; turning the page takes forever and you can't highlight or leave notes. I bought an ebook not knowing it was exclusive to this app, and boy do I feel ripped off. My friend tried the app and all of their words overlapped eachother.. Not sure if this is catered to apple products, as I'm running Android, but found my experience less than satisfactory..

out of all my college courses this year, the one using Wiley has been the easiest, and most convenient. Using the Wiley reader has been so nice to access my courses text book. Being able to use my phone and my laptop together has made my studying more stream lined. not having to move between different screens is great.
Idiot Error
This just does not work. I bought 2 text books in ebook format. Only found out after my purchase that to be able to read my books offline I need to use the reader. The reader is absolutely useless I cannot even login with it. If you want to buy any text books from Wiley buy paper as the app and web reader are both a waste of time and money.
