1. Widget is so big and ugly. Having just one device doesn't justify two rows of home screen. For quick access at nighly hours a single click on home screen is not unfair to ask for. Make the widget as 1x1 shortcut. 2. Circular timer is a great thing, but adding or toggling conflicting events delets all but one, instead of disabling, even if it is inactive.

Bought Zeb Home 100 it's a very good home camera. But in movement detection notification is not coming on phone. Inside the app it is capturing moving object but notification is not coming on the phone. I have used this device before it used to give notification on movement detection. But now it is not showing. I have 2 devices but both devices are not showing notification. I have tried everything on my phone to give notification permission. Can someone help how can I fix this?

I have notifications set to on so if the camera has an alert, my phone sounds a notification. Today it is not working. No notifications but there are alerts downloaded and waiting to be viewed when accessing the app. I have spare phone which is also not receiving notifications which points to an app fault not the phone. This happened a few weeks ago. Randomly the notifications stopped. I tried everything including deleting and readding the app but nothing worked, then suddenly notifications star

22/05/21-Can't connect the camera as the QR code is hidden behind the message. 01/02/23-I'm writing this after a year use. The problem is solved at once, thanks to the tech team. The quality of the camera is good. App works smoothly, and have everything there at your fingertips. I just want to request one more feature personally. That one should be able to playback recordings in a fast forward mode.

There is correction required in the app while setting up the IR Blaster. There are no two Red and Blue LED lights in the device but only one Blue LED. It leads to utter confusion while setting up the device. However, after overcoming this initial panic situation where only one light was visible and not two, I was smoothly able to install my TV and Set-top box on the app. Nice app overall. To get 5 stars u need to resolve this glitch.

Bought 2 WiFi Smart plugs SP110, to my surprise after multiple attempts this Android app fails to get installed on my mobile without providing any reason from Google play store. Whats the use of your automation devices when there is no way to use the automation. Waste of money and efforts.

Unable to connect to app now. Tried with different mobile. But not getting connected. It was working earlier now, really disappointed as camera is on but can't see in my mobile. There is no customer support or contact to discuss for this issue.

I use the app to control the WiFi plug. The controls work fine but the app is finicky. The edit option for changing the icon of the device gives us two options of either selecting from albums or use camera. When choosing camera, the app crashes. When choosing select from albums, the option doesn't lead to anything. Fix this issue.
