Scans & reports were bugged considerably before (as they were only accessible by viewing them via a Web portal through the app. I was advised by staff at one of thier radiology practices that scans and reports should have been visible inside the app), but now scans/reports are not accessible at all as the Web portal no longer exists. Only info available on app now is scan location, type and date of scan. What is the point of having this app then I ask?

Trying to open updated scans and it comes up with an error message It has happened with other scans as well Really sucks when the scans are sitting there and you can't even open it.

Every time I tap images to try to load my scans, the app shuts down. What a fitting (albeit irritating) way to end the week I've had.

Works well. Have access to several Xrays and reports as far back as Dec 22. I'd forgotten my password but this was easily renewed today. Very portable on my mobile if I have access to internet.
