All in all, a good app that does what it says it will do. Just a few features that I think are missing to make it a true 5-star experience: 1. I wish it would keep track of those days when I didn't complete the whole workout (count, number of attempts, etc.) 2. A progress bar within the workout would be helpful. 3. A voice announcement of the number of reps and time to rest would be helpful, to avoid having to look at the screen each time. But it is great all around. Thanks!

Easy to use with onscreen tracking of where you are at. A nice addition would be to include other Zen series workouts into the same app. Also some recommended warm-ups at the beginning of the workout seeing as it gives you 5 minutes to do so would be beneficial. Otherwise it does what it promotes and proves an adequatly challenging workout to help reach your goal. Keep up the good work.

This app actually keeps me on track. It is good for anyone just starting out or already in shape. You can do multiple days in one or redo a day wether it be for the fun of it or because you can not quite get the next step. I give it 4 stars on because i think it still has more potential.(Like different interval training or a body calculator just so different people can gauge how they should be working out.) I also believe all these challenge apps should be in one app. I have 6 apps waste memory.

I really enjoy this program and the simplicity of the app. The only thing that would make it better is for the voice to say how many sit-ups to perform, so you don't have to check your phone every time. And it would be useful if we could snooze notifications. Some days I can't do the workout buy I would like to be reminded the following day or later the same day. It also would be very nice if the app didn't ask me to rate it every time I use it, even when I've already rated and reviewed it!

The app is a very good motivator. I like the way it builds you up to more suitors situps over time. I've enjoyed using it. I even paid the small fee to make it ad free because I enjoy it so much. It's helping me with a little exercise program which is a great start for me! Update: I changed my review because I paid the small fee last year to remove ads. This year the ads are back. I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond, but still not helpful. I still have annoying ads.

I'm enjoying using this app to build up on my sit-ups from the comfort of home. I like increase in reps from day to day; decent challenge but also achievable. One improvement I can see would be that the plan/timers don't reset back to the beginning when flicking between apps during the rest parts.

Awesome app!!I went from 15 situps to 100 in just a few weeks. Remember, you never "arrive" at some goal at which you can just stop. I made that mistake. Having never thought I'd reach 100 situps, I was deluded into complacency. A year later I'm back to almost square one. Starting over is great. But never quitting is far better. Now get up, and get some!

It's a great app, but I have some criticisms: #1: there should be a cool down. #2: there should be longer rests on when you do more exercises and #3: there should be a longer warm up for more exercises. All in all, it is good! In answer to your questions, there are no notifications. I think the app crashed because my phone was not doing well, rather than the app having a problem
