Great host, but poor app experience. 1. The app let me extend my booking, though the host had blocked those dates. I was charged (later refunded) and had no way to contact Zoomcar directly—calls directed me to a bot with only automated replies. 2. Hours before my booking ended, the app wouldn't load my reservation, leaving me unable to close it with the OTP. The host and I almost resorted to resolving it at a police station. Luckily, it worked out. 3. nocustomer support. Wat to do in emergency?

Not worth giving a single star as well. Worst experience with any service app till now. Booked a car which was cancelled by the host just previous night of journey without proper reason. Booked two more cars whose information didn't pop up in the app. All payments made prior to booking. We are still stranded at the railway station with our money gone and no car available from them. No customer care representative to talk to. Ultimately there's neither any amount refunded nor a car to travel.

Ridiculously pathetic service. They've kept my money for months and then at the last moment when I'm trying to pick up the car, they ask for a Re1 charge, which doesn't pass through. Kept on trying to complete that charge, but it won't happen. After wasting hours, they'll ask you to cancel, and charge a cancellation fee. BIG SCAM!! Shameful!. I've been trying to start my trip for 2 HOURS and still haven't got any resolution from them.

Absolutely pathetic experience with Zoomcar! We booked a car for Saturday, and on the morning of our trip, the car owner refused to share the OTP, claiming he'd already canceled on the app. Meanwhile, the app showed no update, and we were left high and dry with no car but full payment taken from us. There's no option to cancel without paying extra fees, and rescheduling wasn't even possible. Worst part? Zero customer support. No contact number

We have booked car for 30th October before 4 days. But actually that car was got into accident and that owner informed zoomcar to remove the status of the car. But they didn't changed. And without that knowledge we booked the car and paid. But they didn't notify anything. In last minute that owner updated us that car is not available. But other fare they collected. Worst experience ever. They are very much good in getting money only. Not worried about user status.

Zoomcar was once very good option for self drive rental cars. Now the situation has changed. Got 2 cancellations while booking a car as one owner said the car met with accident, second car automatically got cancelled in app and the third car was 46kms away from my area. There was no pickup drop service too. The condition of car was not up to the mark. Would never recommend zoomcar to anyone.

I booked a car through the Zoomcar app, and after checking in and using it for just 1-2 hours, the car got stuck and became completely immobile. I immediately contacted both the car owner and Zoomcar support, but I received no helpful response from either party. Despite the inconvenience and my attempts to resolve the issue, I haven’t received a refund or any further communication from Zoomcar. I’m highly disappointed with the lack of customer service and would not recommend this app.

I am currently with zoomcar using the host program. Not quite sure should I be happy or sad. But surely not enjoying the service. The help option hardly works and the options inside the help option is very limited. Also I don't know where to complain about a recent situation, during an ongoing booking where the guest has already taken the car, the app shows that the booking is cancelled by guest. I spoke to guest he confirmed he also got a similar notification. I haven't received the payment.
