24 hours since I've started using this App. I have had zero problems. My phone works normally and hasn't slowed down. The only annoying thing so far is that there's the Netspark logo in the top left corner sometimes. But it hasn't been a very big deal. I had to have to filter as part of a program so I can't tell much about customer service etc.

Whilst it blocks everything efficiently it is: 1. Kinda easy to remove on my phone. 2. Clogging my connection on certain apps because of the VPN. 3. Censoring content on YT for no reason. Overall not bad.

Good filter. HOWEVER you need to beware, after I installed it my phone wouldn't boot up anymore and I had to do a complete factory reset that cost me half my afternoon. Not sure but guessing it has to do with how netspark messes with system stuff such as Knox (my device is Samsung). After that I decided to not install again and cancel my subscription. Fix this vital flaw.

The app itself was okay, one of the better filters out there, though one of my kids managed to throw it out time after time... My main issue is with their service, which was horrendous. Truly no words. Entirely non existent in fact. Like talking to a bot bad. For that reason alone I wouldn't suggest ever paying for it.

It really slows down the phone! now I know why it does do that, because it needs to connect via a VPN, otherwise, I would recommend to people that are interested in cleaning their life from the porn industry, I just wish that they spent a little more time making the app look much better.

Don't waste your time with this filter just use Gentech, all they have is Horrible Customer service, picture in picture (pip) doesn't work, there is a website which is blocked they claim that the company is blocking traffic from VPN when in fact other VPN filters like Gentech could access the site, when there is an issue with the app instead of fixing it they will simply disable features, and will say they working on a fix, when they simply dont

Very bad. First try, second and third app wouldn't install. Tried a week later but won't install for free trial without credit card. With little more than a 3 star rating and reviews of poor customer service I won't give them a credit card.

Paid for the app. It didn't register me, so I thought the payment didn't go through. I paid again, then saw that both payments went through. I have emailed them many times but they don't respond. Very bad service!!!
