Over promoted, under delivered. When app works (if u are able to sign in), thats just it, can't do anything other than look at what you owe. Can't pay bill on the app (2nd month trying). Customer service isnt much help either. Have to login on web (if that also works) to pay bill. I gave it 1 star for now bc i really can't do anything with the app. If it gets better i will add more stars.

Underdeveloped app. The description shows features that I wish were actually available. The only things you can do after signing in are pay your bill, manage alerts for your bill, and download your bill statement. I want to see the data usage per cycle to better track who's using my Internet.
