Worst than any other similar app even Aldi has a better app! The login is broken, always have to try multiple times. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. you get a message saying "technical problem" or "oops that shouldn't have happened" If it works everything is super slow. want to charge your account? It takes for ever! Want to change your plan? takes forever. Every other app allows users to use the app even if you don't have data, so you can buy a data packet but your crappy app does not. Awful!

Whatever I do I get an error "Oops. Das sollte nicht passieren. Ein Technischer Fehler ist aufgeht..." I tried to buy Guthaben twice, and the money twice were deducted from my bank account, but the app still says I don't have enough credit! So I can't use the simcard even though I paid already! It is not even possible to contact Customer service via the app, because again I get the same error! I want my money back!

Horrible UX, combined with a pricing model designed to extract as much money as possible from you, combined with just some of the worst customer services out there, make Lidl Connect a trifecta of just downright terrible customer experience. Moving over to a postpaid contract with another provider and taki5my number with me. Thanks Lidl for making the choice such an easy one! 😂

This app doesn't offer any benefit over just logging in on the website. On the contrary: it keeps forgetting the password, so you have to type it again and again, it doesn't offer topping up via PayPal as the website does, and it's also quite slow to fetch the information from the server.

Pointless app. Can't even log in. Constantly says offline, yet I managed to uninstall and install again, apparently while offline. Maybe done purposely so you have to use all of your credit to talk to somebody on their customer service number who really couldn't care less and can't resolve the issue. Lidl Connect is absolutely the worst company for customer care in Germany. They certainly don't live up to the German reputation of efficiency!

The worst possible app for sim card. In faq says that i can use my personal ID for indentification and when i get connected to a call with agent it says they cant accept my personal ID only passport. So stupid and really bad service. Most of the time agents either blow in microphones and i cant hear them or their microphones dont work at all. Aldi has the best service i recommend Aldi talk to everyonr its simple and fast and people working there are very kind and nice unlike here. Horrible!!!

Can't stay logged in into the app. It doesn't remember your login. Won't accept any of my credit cards/debit cards for payment. Horrible, horrible experience. The network connection is just ok. Now I'm considering moving to ALDI Talk because the connectivity and app interface seem much much better.

Service is not helpful. A 79 year old called service to get the accidently wrong set plan changed (no automatic money withdrawel anymore, and change from Internet bucket to smart s). Answer was: not possible to help, because of technical issues. The service recommended to ask someone else from family . I am someone else and don't get access to the lidl connect app. I can t sign in via browser. phone number is unknown there. I got both pw and lidl connect phone number.
