The app’s UX is cluttered, almost like a website spamed with ads, making navigation difficult. I had trouble using a voucher code; whether entering it at the start or in the basket, I couldn’t complete my purchase. It also says the original voucher is required, which adds confusion. The process is frustrating, and it’s hard to explain. I hope these issues can be resolved to improve the experience.

This app is just so inherently bad. Can't use the coupons. I have to insert the address every time since the account details don't really save. Menu is hidden inside of other menus and so badly organized. On top of all this claustrophobic mess everything looks like aggressive marketing without the slightest touch of asthetic nor useful design. Just redo the whole thing please

I think the app usage is overall good (UI), but the fact that I frequently have to "delete all app data" and then obviously login again just because of the "device is offline" bug is very annoying, making the user experience rather bad. No, my device is not offline, both wifi and 4g are working fine. It's been like this for more than a year now. I do love your pizza, but your app needs more attention. For now, I can't rate higher than 2 stars.

Twice happened unplaced order . When I enquired after over an hour the local store tells me that they never got the order. I got the email confirming that the order has been sent to the local store. No real help from local store to resolve the issue. Had to raise a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Will close app and delete account. There are other stores who do service customers .

App works like it should do. Whoever has a problem with using this app has some brain damage its easy. It saves everything you type in like adress and name and overall very easy to use. Food came like they said 30 -50 min everythig is perfect.

App crashes sometimes without any apparent cause. Storefinder is more complicated than in comparable apps. But the App overall works just fine.

Forgets login every once in a while so you have to get your login credentials and all advantages of having an app are lost. App navigation could be better.
