Terrible service with constant issues! The app is a disaster! Once again, it didn’t recognize the parking station, leaving my ride running even after I returned and locked the bike. To make things worse, because the bike was locked in the station, I couldn’t even try to park it elsewhere and I had to contact customer service just to avoid being overcharged. This is not the first time I’ve faced issues with the app, and these technical problems make the service unreliable and frustrating.

When A bike is broken, and you have to switch to another bike, you pay double 😪 And customer service doesn't respond to your emails. And if you have to call them from the Netherlands it costs a lot of money because you have to wait on line for 20 Minutes. Then they promise to give your money back and it never comes!

Great concept and the app works most of the time well. Problems occur sometimes when renting the bike or returning it, but in the worst case it requires a short call with the customer service and the problem is fixed. Would be great if more stations were available and the app was more robust.

Very bad application. In 2 times the bicycle stopped working in the middle of the road and i had to cycle without electrical support which makes the bicycle really heavy. Another thing is that because i changed my bank account details and forgot to update them on the app they charge me a 9 euros fine for a 2 euro bill without any notification! Not recommended !

Scam alart! My plan is, 1.5 euro per 30 min, but after 3h usage it cost me 17 euro!! That means 2.69 per 30min. And im sure that i selected 1.5 per 30 min plan! Because i double checked it! And one more thing, after you start the ride. It costs 30mins. That means even you drive 5 min you must pay for 30 min, or after min 31. You mist pay 1h!

Extremely bad app and.bad service. Not all the free slots are free, and you can't lock your bike so you have to call customer service on a weekend who is also extremely incapable of doing anything about it. So they lock your bike from afar but the cost is still rising, only the customer service in the.week is able to do remote ending of the booking apparently. Bike GPSses are horrible, they do not recognize stations. do not use this app

As good as the usage of bikes is as worst as the xustomer service.I tried to conact the customer care of Velocity and as soon as i select the option that i need to talk to customer care person the call gets disconnected. There is no point of contact if the bike has an issue in between travel

Dishonest and unreliable app and company I have faced a gangster-like behavior from their customer service center, after they charged me unlawfully with 19 euros for a failed bill deduction, for which what normal people would do is notify the customer, and the customer would correct it. Not only they penalized me unlawfully, when contacted customer service I meet the most horrible people with not only a bad attitude, but with a threatening language that I've never experienced
