Since the latest update (from kWhapp to Yello) the user experience is now very poor. By default, when I enter my meter reading, it defaults to the contract from my previous home, which ended 7 months ago. I can't hide that old contract or make my current contract the default. It's very confusing. The menu has less functionality than before. And the icons aren't obvious to help manually enter the meter reading. Please fix this, it's painful to use with this current version.

Accordong to my contract, I have 166 kwh allowance for Strom monthly. Even though I am using less energy, app says that I will get Nachzahlung at the end of the year. The same problem occurs with Gas as well. Cant understand the logic of the app. I have written an email as well, but they could not give me a clear answer. No idea what is the purpose of this app.

Update: 17.10.23 with the new update, app no longer crashes, however it now states I am off-line. Since the last update, Oct 9, 2023, app only crashes when opening it. App is now useless to me. I have tried reinstalling, samething!

A klicky-bunti little app that does not respect phone's language preferences. Shows avg and forecasted consumption, the rest is available on yello's website. So the reason for it to exist is not quite clear. Still a nice eyecandy.

Since 17 minutes I am waiting to download the App and it's not successful, internet connection is good everything on earth is working good except downloading this particular App . How am I gonna use , pay nd get to know if I have got electricity or money payments ?? Why don't some1 check it what kind of problem this is and fix it .

The app doesn't let me to do nothing like seeing my details or updating my monthly consumption! It has a new icon and update now that doesn't work !!

I really liked the app, the decision to make it exclusively for Yello customers is terrible!
