Everytime i place an order, it says an error has occured. This is after the payment has already gone through. The app asks me to contact dominos for assistance after which I have to email them a screenshot proving I ordered.

I've seen bad apps, and then I've seen this. Call them, use their website. Don't use their app. Not only does it forces you create an account to order, every time you leave the app you need to log back in. The app also doesn't make it clear what is the pickup and what is the delivery option.

Unfortunately 3 days ago I had a very bad experience with this company. I made the order at 12.20 via Domino's App, and the order was delivered at 14.20!! With no updates on the pizza tracker, nothing. Obviously the pizzas were VERY COLD AND SOGGY. I called Domino's helpline 2 times: they said I'll get a refund. After 3 days (and a "kind reminder") still NOTHING! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Can't login in the app, while I can login on the computer. On the computer version, can't pay with any Czech bank card (debit or credit card) and need to pay with my foreign cards. Already sent an email for quite some time, and the problem continues.

Payment... Doesn't work. I've added my order to the basket, but the app just navigated to the main screen and lost all positions...

Terrible application. Every other time the payment doesn't take you back to the application and you have to submit a claim to get your money back

Worst food delivery app I've ever used. Just call your order in, it'll save you so much time and effort

Yeh... 30 mins to register and then I learn there is no delivery to Liben. Cool service :)
