Stuck in a loop and cannot access it. I do log in properly and the external website does say I log in correctly, but the app won't let me in, keeps asking me log in. Useless. Same as not having an app at all.

Whenever I try to login it redirects me to a browser login page. On browser it says identified correctly. After that when I press continue it takes me back to the login screen of the app. It's like an endless loop. It used to work fine before, probably some recent updates made it unusable.

I've been unable to download my bills for the past months. I've reached support and the only solution they could provide (after waiting for almost a week to get an answer), was that I should uninstall the app and install it again..So now this is what I need to do every month..

It is hard to add changes to current plan, and it does not show all features in corrent plan for example it only shows land number and internet, but it does not show mobile, tv or multiSIM

Can't change anything in my account, can't see why there are extra charges on account. Doesn't make billing transparent making it hard to see individual calls/charges. Not user friendly.

Really slow. I was a Tuenti Móvil customer before they moved me to O2 and I miss everything, from the app to the quality of Support they were giving me
