Absolute life saver. I've a back injury while also being a carer to my wife and have 2 children so having my shopping delivered, often within a couple of hours of placing the order is absolutely amazing and between the sales and vouchers with every order it actually saves me money. Amazing service, and they've never gotten an order wrong and any occasional substitution has always been perfect. Customer service go way above and beyond on the off chance there's a delay too. Highly recommended

Support is good. The "allow for rider to come up to 2 hours early" should have a discount to make sense, otherwise I would pick the three hour slots. Thanks.

This company are scammers staying away from them. Use Dunnes own online platform instead. They take a holding fee well over the amount of your order total. After the order was completed and I try to get my extra money back they justify not giving it all back to me with service fees. Items that I added to my basket were not there after shopping began and they never gave me my physical receipt from Dunnes. Avoid them.

Unfortunately the app just isn't up to scratch. No ingredients lists for the majority of the products which means, if you have any allergies, you're limited in what you can order. Spending half an hour setting up your order to then realise half the products were removed from the basket. This is not a one off thing; this happens every single time I have tried to set up a delivery. This makes it unreliable to place orders as you are not sure what will actually be delivered. Unfortunate really.

Seemed like a great idea at first. But a few shops in, it turns out to be a lot more expensive than just going to the supermarket. €5.99 for delivery, which is fair enough, the shopper/driver needs to be paid. But then there is almost €20 extra on top of that on the shopping. Not to mention a few days later there is a €9.99 charge that comes out of your account. Kinda seems like a scam to me. If you fix all these fees I might consider downloading the app again but I'm deleting it now.

Rubbish app. I spent a good 30 minutes selecting items for my mother, but when I clicked on the "available delivery slots" they were suddenly unavailable... Also, it only seems to work on a phone (I wanted to avoid putting any more apps on my phone). Supervalu and Tesco have excellent online delivery services without the need for middleman "apps"; you just go onto the Supervalu or Tesco website on a laptop or whatever, click on the items you want, and order.

Excelent idea but after use it it feels a bit fraud. You can add item to your basket and keep it there until you decide to buy. But, the total cost and fees are not clear. They do the payment in 2 statements. The first one for me was £30,66. The second one £4. Shocking when checking the receipt I see that the total shopping amount has been £26,76. The app says there are a balance of £2.06. So, there are almost £2 lost...they keep it. Totally unclear and cheeky.This makes me lose confident on it
