Although parking was paid for and receipt received, a ticket was left on windscreen. With no evidence such as photograph that can be challenged. No contact information on the app such as telephone to speak to customer services. Not a very professional system. Next day couple of parking officers in the car park I met with, realised camera made a mistake, reading number 1 as letter I. No offer to refund as if it was not their system at fault. Poor customer service and system too.

It is not possible to extend parking time, and it is not possible to interrupt it either and start a new parking: it keeps saying that the re-entry time has not been exceeded, whatever that means. Awful.

Changes the language from page to page, does not store the plate selected in the session e.g. when forward and backward in parking steps to make sure of map location...

En este momento inusable: no me deja meter una segunda matricula. Antes: La llevo usando un par de años y muy contento: mucho más cómodo que el parquimetro. El "desaparcar" también funciona bien. Lo único que la interfaz no es nada actual: quizás no es muy intuitiva de usar. Y entiendo que a algunos les pueda llevar a error.
